Security AgentStarting at $20.00 – $22.00/hour | Full-Time Join our Security team and help provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, team members, and visitors. As a Security Agent, you will serve as a visible presence throughout the property, responding to incidents, assisting guests, and helping protect hotel assets while delivering exceptional customer service.What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, parking facilities, back-of-house areas, and hotel groundsMonitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systemsRespond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and security incidentsInvestigate incidents and prepare accurate, detailed, and timely reportsEnforce hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a guest-focused approachAssist guests, employees, and visitors with safety-related requests and concernsMonitor entrances, exits, and restricted-access areas as neededIdentify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and suspicious activityAssist with emergency response procedures, evacuations, and crisis situationsMaintain key control, lost and found procedures, and other security-related programsCoordinate with management and emergency responders when necessaryMaintain confidentiality regarding hotel operations, guests, employees, and investigationsSupport a culture of safety, professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest servicePerform additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Prior security or customer service experience preferredValid California Guard Card required or ability to obtain upon hireValid Driver License with an acceptable driving recordStrong observation, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situationsAbility to write clear and accurate incident reportsStrong customer service skills and a professional demeanorDependable, team-oriented, and able to work independentlyFlexibility to workdays, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as neededBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits401(k) Retirement PlanWellness and Employee Assistance ProgramPerkSpot Employee Discount ProgramHotel Stay DiscountsEmployee MealsAquaVie Fitness & Spa Membership DiscountTraining and Career Growth OpportunitiesDiscounts at Grand America Hotels & Resorts propertiesConvenient access to trolley station and downtown bus routesOur CultureWe believe in "People First and Guests Always."
